“Our stay at Lake Berkley was fantastic! Tim was am attentive host. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay in Kissimmee. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Disney Springs. The beds were comfy, and the spacious family room was great for our family of five. The well-stocked coffee bar was a great surprise. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!"

"Tim was an excellent host. Very proactive with any questions we might have had and when we did need his assistance, he was very quick to respond. Location was excellent. Kitchen was the most well stocked I've seen in an Airbnb for cooking some meals while on vacation. Highly recommend."

“A spacious three bedroom villa with plenty of gathering space and two parking spaces at the front door! Appreciated the Keurig machine each morning with a variety of coffee pods. Location is perfect for 20 min access to amusement parks, as well as The Kennedy Space Center and beeches, only an hour away. The community is peaceful and felt very safe. We would gladly stay here again when visiting Orlando area.”
