The Villa comes with a nicely equipped kitchen which includes all new appliances, pots, pans, utensils and spices. Start out your morning right with a familiar Keurig machine along with a nice selection of coffee and creamers.

For instance, just ten minutes from your villa is Central Florida's premiere helicopter tour service, MaxFlight. See the sights or even the Theme Parks in a whole new way!

Most everything you need to help make the Lake Berkley Poolside Villa your home away from home is provided. Each bedroom is stocked with  towels and wash cloths for each guest. In addition, each second floor bath is supplied with travel-size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. In addition, a hair dryer is provided under the sink in each second floor bathroom. All bedrooms have extra quilts and throws to help you get comfortable after a long day of fun and adventure in the parks.
